7 Truths About the Weight Loss, Diet and Exercise Industry keeping you from a healthy lifestyle, being fit and losing weight permanently.



The advice, and strategy I'm about to share with you will conflict with most if not all of what you have ever learned about dieting, weight loss and exercise. Well, that is if you grew up in a Western culture.

I'm willing to share with you 7 revolutionary ideas that can change your health, fitness, strength, flexibility, energy levels and bodyfat percentage for life. No fluff, no hype, no song and dance.

Before I formally introduce myself I need to get this off my chest...

I will share with you why and how if you will give me a bit of your time to share it. I promise that I'll make it as quick as possible, but it's not some quick fix scheme so you need to be comfortable to really absorb it. All I ask of you is to be open minded, but thoughtful and seriously consider what I'm saying without a jaded quick jugement of it being like something else out there.

My name is John and I've dedicated my life to helping others have a healthy, safer living. I hope you'll give me that opportunity one day soon. As a kid I was an Eagle Scout, served my country in the Army Airborne and traveled the world studying Martial Arts at its highest levels with some of the greatest Masters alive. What I learned is amazing but sickening. Literally, our Western lifestyle is making us sick and sucking our money right down the drain. I'm here to share with you how you can put an end to that nonsense permanently and regain control and balance of your life.

There are 7 truths about the weight loss, diet and exercise industry keeping you from a healthy lifestyle, being fit and losing weight permanently.

1. Everyones body and biochemistry are different.
2. One size does not fit all.
3. Exercise is a lie.
4. Diets are a lie.
5. The industry has a financial interest in your staying confused, thinking its complicated (kinda like taxes and the IRS with tax preparers)
6. You don't need to spend a lot of money to do this - in fact you'll save HUGE money over your lifetime doing this and staying healthier
7. You can use this even without our program (but our program helps you do it faster and more permanently because we have the experience in helping people avoid the common pitfalls, distractions and diversions that cause them to fail.)

So by now you've been conditioned to believe that you have to diet and exercise to be lean, fit and healthy. That means you have to:
A. Pay more for so called fat free, low fat or low carb foods
B. Join a gym or buy an exercise program
C. Deny yourself great foods, and treats

All lies. These are simply not true.

I'm not saying that I have a lock on knowlege and all the other guys are wrong. They are simply doing what they believe is right. Although the results speak for themselves. What programs have a track record for lifelong health, fitness and weight loss? Name some...

Difficult isn't it?
In fact, few people can name successful programs who are armed with the data. Research shows that diet programs, surgery and the commercially available programs don't work long term. In fact, one research study showed that most people gain MORE weight after 5 years of 'successfully' losing weight on a diet. You probably know this is true from your own experience and simple observation. Truth has a way of resonating deep inside us when we hear or see it.

So who is right?

Is it Aerobics, the corner fitness gym, spa, healthclub membership, TaeBo, P90X, Yoga, INSANITY, ZUMBA, Shakeweight, Thighmaster, Total Gym, Bowflex...

Let me share my take on it by sharing this story taken from Zen and The Martial Arts lessons I learned for the wisdom of life Masters...


A Zen Master asked his disciples to get a large magnificent elephant and four blind men. He then brought the four blind to the elephant and told them to find out what the elephant would "look" like.
The first blind men touched the elephant leg and reported that it "looked" like a pillar. The second blind man touched the elephant tummy and said that an elephant was a wall. The third blind man touched the elephant ear and said that it was a piece of cloth. The fourth blind man hold on to the tail and described the elephant as a piece of rope. And all of them ran into a hot argument about the "appearance" of an elephant.
The Master asked the citizens: "Each blind man had touched the elephant but each of them gives a different description of the animal. Which answer is right?"

While most Western trainers get results for their clients in the short term, it is because they have an aspect of the formula that works. However, it only works short term. Instead, our approach is to address the elephant in the room. Pun intended.
