Diets Don't Work, But This Does...

It isn't about surgery, taking magic diet pills, going vegan... I know, it sounds too good to be true. Well, the fact is that it takes a little work but it's worth it and totally possible.

I started martial arts in my youth. Later I went into the Army (Airborne - Hooah!)and have since had the advantage of travelling to China and Korea. This was a HUGE WAKEUP for me because I noticed they weren't preoccupied with diets and exercise. I've taken my American students to China and Korea on numerous occasions and they always report the same amazing things:

1. They are stuffed and never ate better in their lives while in Asia.

3. They lose inches (and yet are confused because they are eating so much more).
4. Most report that their body feels a bit ill, sluggish or upset when they return and start eating the US diet again.
5. They start feeling sluggish and some even a little depressed again after about a week being back in the US on a Westernized diet and lifestyle. (I mean diet in the 'what you eat' sense here.)

You'll attract the thoughts, actions, habits and thinking that lends itself to what you want - rather than what you don't want.
